New protein shake recipe to curb my Starbucks addiction

I have been immensely addicted to Starbucks vanilla chai tea lattes for years. I found this recipe on line and its a delicious substitute:

6 oz brewed chai tea (is available in decaf)

6 oz low fat milk (or vanilla soy/almond milk)

6ice cubes

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

1 scoop vanilla Protein

30 g of protein!!

Under 250 calories!

Awesome recipe can I steal it for my recipe group? Love to have new memebers anyone can join by adding me in Facebook at hely lb. The group has really started to become much more interactive and fun!! One member is starting a recipe game. We like to have people post what they have for dinner each night and love to see pictures of what everyone is eating!
