At my goal

Had my lap band with plication on Nov 6 2012. Followed all my rules from doctor and am now at my goal of 70 lbs lost in 5 months 11 days. No complication just happy to reach my goal. I have to admit no exercise which I need as a 59 year old. Saw my doctor once he wanted to know whyi didnt need him after my surgery. All was well. Clear head and determination! Good luck. It's all on you!

Great Job and congratulations.. I hope I have the same results.. but, I am happy and glad I made the decision to have my band... I have lost 33 lbs since Jan 15 and am amazed every day how I feel..

I have had a small fill 1.8 cc . I have confidence that I will get to my goal and will be able to maintain my weight in the future...
