Angels 0 Posted May 29, 2006 Yvonne, I was given the run around with UHC here in Maryland i.e. giving inaccurate and conflicting information from the UHC customer service reps. It was very exhausting to the point I was not sleeping well, very irritiable and was about to give up, but I redirecting my energy and fought it through and it was approved. So, please hang in there because I believe they want to discourage people so they have less surgeries to pay for. FYI...my Weight Watcher's records accounted for my 6 month dieting.
