BriannasBand 24 Posted April 17, 2013 Has anyone experienced this!! I was always hot! Could walk out in snow with only a tshirt just fine. But now after surgery I'm always cold! Normal? My mom had a gastric bypass 17 years ago and experienced the same thing. Just wondering if we're the only weird ones hahaha -BriannaXOXO

Kime-lou 648 Posted April 17, 2013 I have always been cold, so I haven't really changed, but then again I am a southern girl. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
LapBandit2013 162 Posted April 17, 2013 It's probably your metabolism. I'm cold all the time now, too, but just months ago would sweat profusely at any activity or temp over 65 degrees. I still have a ton of "insulation", so it's got to be the diet. This is a good article: http://www.livestrong.com/article/305720-how-come-when-you-lose-weight-you-feel-cold/
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted April 17, 2013 I am the same way. I used to be sweating my butt off even when everyone else was cold. Now, I'm freezing when everyone else is warm. I am constantly cold and in a hoodie lol. I think it's the loss of insulation (fat). I don't mind though! 1 Cazzy reacted to this
