emeryhns 30 Posted April 16, 2013 I have 5 more days, I don't know how anyone was able to do it longer than a week. I think being bored is the biggest issue I'm having. I'm a stay at home mom and I need to do something out of the ordinary to make this week interesting lol
everydayigiveitmybest 38 Posted April 16, 2013 I started mine early and the first week was the hardest after the carb crash and withdrawal I've found it's better everyday. Think about the end results and stay busy. I even taught my daughter to make Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes during the first week as I had to avoid contact and that helped. So now after three weeks I'm getting banded in 2 days. Hang in there!!! 1 icebergslim reacted to this
