hely88 883 Posted April 15, 2013 That is the exact reason I do not weigh every day. Your weight will fluctuate everyone's does. I only weigh once a week. If you are going to weigh every day you must be able to handle this. 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and Terry Poperszky reacted to this
emidastwin 22 Posted April 15, 2013 Thank you Terry, your post was spot on for me. Was doing the whinny what the heck happened mope because I too go the scale today and had a 3 lb gain. Really put me in a miserable state of mind. I am 3 weeks out from banding and started regular food last Tues. But I also started exercising each day and had done a 2.5 mile walk yesterday. Also know I am not getting my Water in. Thanks for making me pull myself together and get ready to tackle this again. 5 2muchfun, gg83, TaraKaye and 2 others reacted to this

LeeB1946 261 Posted April 25, 2013 I got banded April 9 I was down 22lbs from pre op and band and got on scale and I gained 3 lbs since yesterday don't understand how that is since I only had about 500 calories from Protein shakes and 1sugar free pudding I have to break the weigh ever day thing. I am going to take the scale and put in out in the garage so I will only go it once every week or two. I fluctuate 2 pounds either way from day to day so get a little nervous. I belong to a 12 step program that deals with food and weight issues and we recommend on weighing once a month and I need to get back to that.
