So I feel like I am stuck because I took my pills this morning and without realizing I took them all at once and I feel this pressure coming up my chest. I have never had this feeling so I am thinking its the stuck feeling.

Can you swallow Water? If not, yes, you're probably stuck and it will take a few minutes to pass through.

pills will dissolve. If you can get liquids down keep sipping. If you are truly stuck, you should also be sliming.
