I know there are some of us, including myself, that get frustrated with the scale and really need other tangible benchmarks. I was at a place where I just felt like, "only 45 pounds so far':..."I have so much more to lose." It seemed daunting to me. I couldn't see how far I had come. For those of you who want to know what 45 pounds looks like. Here it is. And it is impressive!!

There is no "only" 45 pounds! 45 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment!

Think of it like this- you're lost the equivalent of a 5 year old child!!
