Day 2 post op. still very sore. Was able to get my morning shake down. Feeling better. Gas not that bad. Was able to take shower. Sipping and walking. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get outside. Worst day was definitely right after surgery. Better everyday!

Trust me..it gets better every day.im post op day 16..I have went back to work and my surgeon has started me on soft foods for this upcoming week...I haven't had anymore gas pains like I did the first 10 days but it gets better just make sure you follow your surgeon's orders..

Thanks!!! I plan on taking it very slow. I have my sister who was banded about two years ago. She was huge help. Good luck on your way to better health( and less weight). Lol
