Yes, you can - I just bought some today that is flavorless, no added sweeteners etc. and you can just add it to whatever liquid you are consuming. I'm looking forward to having some with Soup in the next couple of weeks instead of the yucky Protein Shakes from the surgeon's.... I will not miss them!!

I used Unjury chicken noodle soup. Something they mention is to not heat it over 140 degrees. My friend didn't realize that and it was an epic fail. The powder clumped up and it looked nasty. Not sure if other non flavored powder is the same way, but if it doesn't completely melt it may be because the broth is too hot.
