hely88 883 Posted April 13, 2013 I cannot find the post where someone reccomended the Protein Shots but I just wanted to let you know both my doctor and nutritionist told me not to use them. Something about the type of Protein and the ability to absorb the protein. I have also seen posts in the past where people were told the same thing. grownazzkid 206 Posted April 13, 2013 They are full of cheap collegen protein... not going to hurt you but nothing you would want to live off of for an extended period of time.
