I'm afraid to start gaining again Im glad to hear that I am not the only one. As soon as I got off clears, I stopped losing and have actually gained nearly 2 lbs. I lost 16lbs my first 10 days, and haven't lost anything since the 20th. My surgery was also 5/10. It better start going back in the other direction because Im starting to really get nervous! Jayden9119 15 Posted May 26, 2013 I had my surgery on Friday 24th & I've been in some pain but nothing unbearable. Once you start burping it helps. Just trying to keep drinking Water.< /p>

Chefdc 1 Posted May 29, 2013 My date is next Tuesday, June 4. I was feeling pretty good about it, but now that I am on pre-op diet, my mind is really racing with wild ideas - do I really need to do this, why cant i just diet, do I even need to diet, what is wrong with life the way it is? etc., etc., I could use some prayers and some strength. LosingAimee 21 Posted May 29, 2013 I had been struggling with those same thoughts too. I actually first seriously considered doing the lap band almost 3 yrs ago, but my insurance didnt cover it. I did a 'lifestyle change' and change my eating habits and went crazy with the exercise, lost about 25lbs and felt great. I told myself "hey, see... you didnt need the lap band" and gradually all that weight has come back on. I still continue to exercise, and I eat better than I used to, but I just cant get my eating under control. I feel like this will help me break that cycle. SlimCia 30 Posted May 30, 2013 What do papaya enzymes do? They help break down the food that's stuck. I saw some banders talk about it on YouTube and made sure I got some. They worked fast for me.
SlimCia 30 Posted May 30, 2013 To slimchia Describe the stuck' date=' how will I know when I have one? Will or are you able to vomit it up?[/quote'] You will know right away it feels like something's lodged in throat/chest. Almost like intense heart burn or gas. One day I tried a Hard boiled egg and didnt chew the egg white well... Smh but I'm in the learning process and learning that I have to chew but it's a little hard for me I have braces :-(
