I feel great today I saw my doc yesterday he said every thing looks great. I have lost 22lbs and he said I can eat thick Soups yummmmm I love fresh and easy soups. Then solids in a week. I started at 333 down to 311 as of this morning. I m back at work since Monday doing good still a little sore but it's cool. I am so excited for my new journey in my weight loss.

WTG! You're right on track. 22 lbs in less than 10 days? WOW! You're almost to 299. Bet you can't wait to see those numbers. How long has it been since you've seen them?

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
