Do you not have a pre-op diet? I had one and lost 16lbs. 3 Protein Shakes (must have at least 25grams of protein) and 225 calories of low gycemic veggies (ie, greens, no potatoes, corn, carrots) per day. Good luck!

My date is April 23. I'm really trying to get these 20 pounds off before then. Any suggestions?
