Diatheke 9 Posted April 10, 2013 I have my pre-op consultation tomorrow at noon and surgery Thursday at 7:00 am. I am in Scottsbluff, Nebraska in the hotel that belongs to the hospital. We came a day early due to a blizzard warning. I've worked a long time to get this done and I was not going to let some snow stop me. My wife is more worried than I am... LOL but I don't get too worked up about much. Diatheke 9 Posted April 10, 2013 Thanks everyone... I feel a little strange knowing its only hours away. Its been a long journey of visiting specialists, taking tests and seeing dietitians in order to satisfy insurance requirements. I am so looking forward to feeling better. This morning I could barely get up due to my arthritis and extra weight. I am so looking forward to being able to exercise. Getting all this weight off my joints is going to help so much I know lap band is a tool and I plan on using it to become a healthy person.
