Old bra 48D new bra 42D!

It is interesting. I bought a molded cup bra from Ashley Stewart. The bra has double straps around back for extra support. I have never seen that before and the support makes such a difference. I am used to my bras riding up in the back. Also I found it weird that they do not sell white or nude colors. I bought a black and leopard. They said I should wear black with white tops.

I am still looking for a sports bra if anyone have any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Wow, that bra sounds really neat with the double straps. I'm a 38DDD and may want to head to Ashley Stewart to try their bras! I've never been in there. I can't imagine wearing a black bra with a white top... Wouldn't you see it right through the shirt? I've never been able to wear sports bras and probably never will (because I have no intention of getting a breast reduction!) You look fantastic, by the way!

I am definitely going to check out those bras. I started at a 46G and am now a saggy 38DD. (I actually might even be a 36DD now, my bra is getting big again) I'm constantly looking for something with good support to hoist the girls back up where they belong lol.

There is a big difference in your pictures!! I looked up Ashley Stewart and they're very reasonably priced, too. I'm definitely going to order one to try it out.

Try Glamorise Bras. I am a 46F and I love their bras, they don't ride up on me, they are comfortable, and love the support. I know they have some sport bras.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
