HOLLY80 14 Posted April 9, 2013 I started my pre-op diet last Wednesday. The first two days were the hardest now its been ok. I feel full from my shakes. I was wondering how important it is to consume all the calories that they say. I never seem to get my 200 cal Snacks in. I try at dinner to use them there. just not sure if it makes a difference. 2muchfun 8,927 Posted April 9, 2013 Dr. O'Brien says that you shouldn't eat unless you're hungry. Your body will tell you when it wants more food. Now is a good time to start to get in touch with your body and ignore the silly mind cravings. tmf 4 HOLLY80, KarenElaine, Mandymoo13 and 1 other reacted to this
