harleychic 0 Posted April 25, 2006 Hi everyone, Just have a question.:help: I was banded in May of 05 and would do it over again in a heart beat one of the best decisions I have made for myself. My question is I had a fill on April 12,2006 because I had started eating to much and the weight had so coming off. But I still can't seem to get the scales moving again:think . I have really been watchng what I eat Protein first and also watching my calorie intake work out three to four times a week and still nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions. The dr. says not to get discouraged that sometimes you hit plateaus just to stick with it and they will start moving again. I started at the weight of 260.5 I am now at 201.5 reeealllyyy want to get below that 200 mark and then about 40 more. Any and all suggestions welcome. :biggrin1: Have a great day. ReneBean 3 Posted April 25, 2006 Drink Water AND take Calcium. I hear that Calcium does something good for your ability to burn calories or something. Jachut 487 Posted April 26, 2006 I'd just keep doing what you are doing, perhaps change things around a bit with some different exercise or eating at different times of the day, more meals for the same calories type of thing, it will move again eventually. Unfortunately I think plateaus are just a fact of life. I seem to lose 1.5kg, stay the same for two weeks, lose another 1.5kg type of thing, its weird.
