Robbswife 15 Posted April 7, 2013 I was banded March 19th. To make a confession I haven't been the most compliant with my post op diet. I meant I'm not eating thick steak and chops or anything but I have been eating more than just mushies, I just chew everything to death. I'm feeling so hungry all the time. I don't have a fill yet of course, but I do okay in the morning until after lunch. In the evenings however, I am famished. I have increased my Protein a lot and I even made this wonderful tuna salad that has like 150 cals for the whole thing with only 2 carbs. So anyway, I'm so stressed. I am feeling a little discouraged. I sure hope having a fill makes a difference. Maybe you will have more success than I have in these early days since you are actually following the guidelines.... jbandster 37 Posted April 8, 2013 Yes I am excited for my first fill too. But I am trying to be as good as I can in the mean time. I have been losing pretty steadily, and staying around 800 calories.
