Not sure what they are... I can eat almost anything except white meat turkey and some breads (though a bite is no problem.)

Ok thanks. They are some Cheetos but they are spicy. And I love to eat them with hot melted cheese.< /p>

What you need to ask yourself is what is the nutritional benefit of eating them? If they don't add Protein or Fiber to your diet, then I would either avoid them all together or eat them sparingly. I know it can be difficult but no one said this is going to be easy.

I ate a bag today.....i am a little off track. avoid them and junk, replace with something that will benefit the body, if u can
