I am 6wks post opt. Down 25lbs and had my first fill. Now on bulk foods any examples of what i should be eating?

When you say "bulk foods" are you talking regular eating?

Protein!! Eat that first before anything else. I make sure to eat chicken or fish daily. I love morning star vegan sausage patties for Breakfast. I have an egg, cheese, or peanuts for snack. Good luck!

lean Protein, veggies, fruit

filling foods that keep you full for longer periods of times

(just say not to processed foods)
