Hi there! It sure has been a while since i have visited! My surgery was almost 4 years ago! and I am still going strong! I am down 132 lbs and running marathons! This surgery was the best decision I have ever made! if you are struggling with the decision to have lap band please just do what is right for you. Everyone is different and can tolerate different foods. Do what works for you. Don’t let your band work you! Work Your band! and you can’t do it without being mobile! You must exercise! I am post some updated pictures! I am so proud for once in my life I am living again! 96% excess weight lost!!!
