So the last couple of months I've been so hungry. I hope this fill changes things. They just added .4 . Do you guys think this will make a difference ? Does anyone snack ? If so on what ? Need to get back to my goal weight of 135 I'm now at 155. When they took all my fuild out two months ago I gained 20 plus pounds. I've been bad, but I ready to get back on track . I just need some support !!

Maybe try eating 4-6 smaller meals spread over the whole day instead of 3 main meals. I just had watermelon for an afternoon snack and it was perfect. I also love Edy's SF Popsicles. I snack on almonds (high calories) but filling. About 1 hour before my dinner I have a large salad but I eat dinner at 7-8pm. Also, call you dietitian for help.

Just curious why all your Fluid was taken out? You don't have to share, I'm just nosey! Lol... I'm a snacker! I've had problems with fills, so if I don't snack I get to hungry between meals. Sometimes if I don't finish my meal, I will finish it when I get hungry between my meals. If I finished my meal, I will then snack on a sugar free popsicle, sugar free pudding, almonds, pistachios, turkey bites. It all depends on the calories that I allotted for Snacks that day.

.4 can definitely make a difference! I've had .3 be way too much!

Good luck and I hope you get the restriction your hoping for!
