I am already very sensitive to fills so if I get another one it will most likely be too tight for me. 1/2 of a cc is too much for me sometimes. aeromech 202 Posted March 31, 2013 All I know is if you stress about it, it will hinder your weightloss. This last stretch is nutrition sensitive. Watch out for gaining muscle instead of losing fat, some people will elevate the workout to a level that produces muscle. It's a fine line. Good luck, keep up the good work! CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted March 31, 2013 Weight loss does slow as we near the goal weight. Less to lose so to speak. Stick with your portions and exercise and measure yourself.
