CWinkler340 29 Posted March 30, 2013 Went to my surgeon for my first visit yesterday, he broke the news to me, my insurances requires a 6 month doctor supervised diet. So in my ride home I call and get a doctors appointment scheduled for today, and my doctor pulled out the tricks, because I went in February for suggestions about the lap band he considers that MONTH 1, and today was considered MONTH 2...soooo 4 MONTHS from now I will be joining the club! I look forward to this 4 months to try and get my good eating habits in check (small bites, no liquids with meals, ect) Any advise or thoughts anyone thinks I should know are always welcome, I love all of your opinions! 1 supersweet31 reacted to this
