dylanmiles23 2,198 Posted March 29, 2013 I buy Body Fortress for around $15-$17. at Walmart. CVS and Walgreen's charge more but they sell it too. I only buy chocolate. I use 2 scoops with 8 oz. of fat free milk, tons of ice cubes, a little Decaf instant coffee and some peppermint extract. Tastes great and is very thick like McDonald's thick shakes. Ken Pollard 31 Posted March 29, 2013 I like body fortress, but the costco stuff is good too. Scoop of vanilla with half cup o% milk, half cup oj and about a cup of frozen bananas and strawberries..
