suzannetex 100 Posted March 28, 2013 I had a small fill 3 weeks ago. Now I'm setting at a dead stop, no weight loss in several days, I have steadily been loosing since my surg on 12-12-12 lost a total of 50 , but now scales r not moving. Routine still the same, still on treadmill daily, ( can even run now!) any suggestions on how to kick it in gear again?? CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted March 28, 2013 What is your calorie intake daily? We all hit these roadblocks. Keeping doing the right things and it will move again. 3 SeaSounders♥, DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! and hely88 reacted to this
megamomnj 334 Posted March 28, 2013 I felt like I was stalling a little and I added a Protein shake to my morning. I have that at 7am and now have my greek yogurt at 9am. Seems to have helped! DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted March 28, 2013 You won't lose every day or even every week. It's very normal for weight loss to slow down. The average weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week so you have to be realistic in your expectations. 4 hely88, Lose100, m1aman and 1 other reacted to this
this sucks 557 Posted March 29, 2013 Ditto to what Mis73 said. It's not realistic to expect to lose every day. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will catch up.

SunshineTexas 20 Posted March 29, 2013 I feel like I have been losing slow from the very beginning. It's never been constant! I know we are all different, but it frustrates me to read on here and see fast weight loss right after surgeries. I don't have restriction yet and i'm really trying to be patient, but it's S-L-O-W!! It helps to be on here, it keeps me motivated. Thanks all!! 2 suzannetex and Angelizz10 reacted to this

Remember, you didn't gain every day and you won't lose everyday. Follow the rules and you will get to your goal. Don't lose Heart!
