My trick is always trying to have something I like on hand. I usually have grapes, a Fiber One Bar, or cheese stick. Mandymoo13 111 Posted March 27, 2013 I am pre-op, Protein Shakes 3x a day. No worries, I am commited. But I am also human. In the past, I would have been in and out of the kitchenette all afternoon filling my face........ I like your idea of Snacks on hand. When I am post-op and on to solids, I will do just that! Lol. You make me laugh alot of times with your post it is what it is sometimes they are a fact an alot times they brighten my day ....
