I was given the same instructions and its fine for some but some of us need that snack, as long as its the right choice and you stay within your calories/portions. We need to do what works for us. My nutritionist said it was fine to snack with fruit and that's what I did when I needed something in between my meals till I got to greenzone.

I only have 2.5 cc in me. I'm really hungry.

I have about the same fill and I have Snacks that are on my list from the dietitian. In a while I am having watermelon Best to call and ask before you eat wrong
