Im only two days in and feel like Im gonna cry. Ive eaten since the day I was born and to quick cild turkey is awful. If all goes good my surg. Is scheduled for Apr. 5th. Someone please tell me this pre op diet will get easier!! :/

I did 2 weeks liquid with a small dinner with salad. Right before surgery, I think 3 days was all liquid. It was not bad. Bad is being obese and unable to move and walk without stopping. The rewards of the band are so worth the liquid per-op. when I get a fill I go back on liquids for 3 days and then 3 days mushies You will do great

YOU can do it! And you will have to eat liquids for a week or so sfter your surgery. So, you have a long way left. Stay the course OR be fat and unhealthy. WE all have choices! Which one will you choose?
