ZinniaMT 182 Posted March 24, 2013 Do you find it makes a difference in your weight loss if you drink plain Water vs using flavor packets (sugar-free, calorie-free, and caffeine-free)?
klm1648 19 Posted March 24, 2013 I have not noticed a difference, but drinking more Water is more benficial in the long run. If I crave something sweet, sometimes I mix water with a sugar-free hawaiaan punch packet or crystal light.
SueBee01 630 Posted March 24, 2013 I was never a Water drinker so I always mix my water with something! I usually keep a pitcher of Crystal Light lemonade in the fridge and add a little peach tea or strawberry watermelon Mio to my glass before I pour the lemonade in. Try to mix it up so I am not drinking the same thing every day. I also add powder Fiber to my water. I do think that the more water you drink the less hungry you are or become. 2012 359 Posted March 24, 2013 I have not and I'm like Sue and have to mix something in my Water. I also keep a pitcher of Crystal Light Lemonade and a pitcher of one of their tea mixes in my fridge at all times . 1 SueBee01 reacted to this
dylanmiles23 2,198 Posted March 24, 2013 I drink about 12 cups of hot tea or iced tea a day. I brew my own iced tea with Decaf bags and my hot tea is either. I use sweetener, though. I over drink and pee all night.

Destined*Lady*D 90 Posted March 25, 2013 I do about 1/2 Water and 1/2 sugar free Water options. Have not ever had a problem or a stall with either or. The largest stall comes from not getting enough fluids in during the day. Both have been helpful.
Bandedlove 10 Posted March 25, 2013 I started using nectresse by splenda its all natural, can't taste it like you could with Splenda..cuz i used to use splenda...also be careful with things like crystal light, check the labels..i know crystal light in particular contains aspartame..not sure about the other brands

hely88 883 Posted March 25, 2013 I drink a lot of plain Water and usually one low calorie Gatorade. I find if I drink too much powder drinks it irritates my mouth.
