2muchfun 8,927 Posted March 21, 2013 You can't really drink too much unless you're talking about more than 100 ozs? 3 Terry Poperszky, ☠carolinagirl☠ and DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
Maddysgram 6,159 Posted March 21, 2013 Water slips right threw your band, so I don't think you need to worry about drinking to much. Did you get pain meds? Keep up with them until you are comfortable. Heating pad helps too. Every new day you will feel better and better. By the end of one week, you will be fine. Dr told me the first 48hrs is the roughest, so things will get better soon. Good luck! 3 Terry Poperszky, ☠carolinagirl☠ and flrosie reacted to this
CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted March 22, 2013 Sip, sip, sip... I seriously doubt you can drink too much! Dehydration will put you in the hospital. 2 Karen85 and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
catfish87 3,471 Posted March 22, 2013 I agree with the other posters above...You really can't (within reason) drink too much Water. You should have no problem drinking Water.< /p> Take it from my experience, you do NOT want to get too dehydrated. I woke up in the ER last year after a 4 hour, hot biking trip. Concussion's are NO FUN. Stupid me! Never again. 2 ♕ajtexas♕ and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
ZinniaMT 182 Posted March 22, 2013 Regarding sleeping, I slept in the recliner for the first 3 or 4 nights and used pillows to prop. When I moved to the bed, I slept on my side with a pillow between my knees, a pillow in front of my belly, and a couple of pillows under my head and neck. The pillow between my knees and the one in front of my belly helped so much, not sure why ...I guess it keeps everything in alignment:) I'm normally a stomach-sleeper. Good luck!
