Boo 3 Posted April 23, 2006 Three more days and I start solids! I have to admit I am a little scared to make the transition. What is the best solid Protein to get down? Any suggestions? It seems like it has been so long since I have eaten meat that I hardly miss it. Hi Boo, I started out with broiled Salmon and then thinly sliced Pork Tenderloin- yuuuuumyyyy! I'm 6 weeks out and still have to be careful with Beef and almost PBed after tuna out of the can - even with Majo on it. You'll do well- no worries. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Anwyn 0 Posted April 23, 2006 I started out with very small bites of moist chicken and it went down fine. I've never had trouble with ground beef, but steak is difficult to chew enough.
