First Solids??

Three more days and I start solids! I have to admit I am a little scared to make the transition. What is the best solid Protein to get down? Any suggestions? It seems like it has been so long since I have eaten meat that I hardly miss it.

Hi Boo,

I started out with broiled Salmon and then thinly sliced Pork Tenderloin- yuuuuumyyyy! I'm 6 weeks out and still have to be careful with Beef and almost PBed after tuna out of the can - even with Majo on it. You'll do well- no worries.

I started out with very small bites of moist chicken and it went down fine. I've never had trouble with ground beef, but steak is difficult to chew enough. It will take some trial and error on your part because everyone is so different. Good luck! ;)
