I am getting my staples removed ( thank God!) and I will be graduating to my mushies! I didn;'t have anything that required staples.. my port site was the largest incision it was about 1 " and had a steri strip on it.. that;s it... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

kca1fan 326 Posted March 21, 2013 I had staples too. Once again every surgeon is different. 5 incisions 4 with 2 staples each and 8 or 10 in the big one. Getting them out was nothing. I could have done it myself with a pair of needle nosed pliers. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ShannaS 63 Posted March 21, 2013 I found out at the doctors today that I have lost 23 lbs total since starting my journey! And I had chicken salad for lunch and I am now having refried Beans for dinner.
