Pain question

Hello all... I was banded on 3/8/13

I've noticed that its very painful when i touch or even accidentally run beneath the port incision area... It's way worse now 2 weeks out then it has been since my initial surgery.

Anyone else sensitive like this? Does it take the whole 6 weeks to even feel like you can touch your stomach area without sensitivity?

I am still sore near my port site my surgery was 4 weeks ago today . I just ice it and rest when it bothers me.

It should be fine, but if you are concerned call your surgeon.

mine was also......it is (from what my dr told me) scar tissue forming and mine was (sensitive) to the touch for about a month....but as grammy said, if overly concerned, def ask your doctor...
