Today I was very excited I got out of the shower and the towel touched around my body like it went all the way around and touched the other side LOL. AND I bent at the waist and tied my shoes ( I used to have to put my foot up on something to tie them or leave them so loose I could slip them on tied. I am very excited! This sums it up for me...............................

Congratulations! It's amazing how many things that others take for granted and are a major yeah moment for us.

Ppl think I'm crazy when I'm giddy being obese, until I explain I was morbidly obese and severely obese. lol Looking forward to "over weight".
