Hey Everybody

I started my journey on jan 25 with my surgery starting weight at 308. After month 1 I was 275 so I had a good start. I now weight 268 and the weight is coming off slower now in this second month. I work out 3 to 4 times a week. I feel like maybe I'm eaten to much.... Can everyone help me with maybe foods I should stay away from as well as good foods to substitute. Or am I on track with this weight loss?

Please advise

40 lbs is a lot. You're doing great. Speak to your nutritionist.

myfitnesspal.com will help you track your food. Your doctor should have given you a book of things you need to know along with food to eat and not eat.

Very normal. With the band you are only suppose to lose 4-8 lbs a month. It goes fast at first and slows down. It is better slow, therefor our skin has time to shrink as well instead of having baggy skin.
