deanfaulkner1987 7 Posted March 18, 2013 Hey Everybody I started my journey on jan 25 with my surgery starting weight at 308. After month 1 I was 275 so I had a good start. I now weight 268 and the weight is coming off slower now in this second month. I work out 3 to 4 times a week. I feel like maybe I'm eaten to much.... Can everyone help me with maybe foods I should stay away from as well as good foods to substitute. Or am I on track with this weight loss? Please advise Before and after . 2muchfun 8,927 Posted March 18, 2013 40 lbs is a lot. You're doing great. Speak to your nutritionist.
line-dancer 810 Posted March 18, 2013 myfitnesspal.com will help you track your food. Your doctor should have given you a book of things you need to know along with food to eat and not eat.

Starshine33 38 Posted March 19, 2013 Very normal. With the band you are only suppose to lose 4-8 lbs a month. It goes fast at first and slows down. It is better slow, therefor our skin has time to shrink as well instead of having baggy skin.
