blondegal_ 1,028 Posted March 18, 2013 If you plan to count calories then yes. It has a very large database of foods and you can scan barcodes too. It's a great way to keep track of not only calories, but Protein, fat, sugar and Water too. I'm not banded yet or even on my pre-op liquid diet lol but started using it to try and lose a little weight myself..it won't let me add friends by just using their user name, only by e-mail.
