I'm on day 4 of my pre op diet (1120 calories) and these next two weeks will drag on. Any advice for post op?

Make sure you drink a variety of Protein Shake flavors, it helps avoid the monotony!

I'm on the Pre-Op too. Not enjoying it at all. I actually look forward to Rotisserie chicken :) I'm also trying out different flavors and variations of Protein Shakes.< /p>

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
