NJChick 3 Posted April 28, 2006 Psssssssssssssst... don't forget, your body can only absorb so much Protein at one time. If your a body builder, you can absorb more as some one who (like me) sits behind a desk. I would stay at 30 gms per meal / shake, anything higher might be a waste. If you get the Isopure, divide it in two and have it at two sittings instead of one. I believe the Isopure has 60 gms of Protein? ??? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
