msbam 16 Posted March 14, 2013 Well today I got 1.2 cc in my 14cc band for a total of 8.2cc..I feel a little difference but not much...we will see once I go back to solids...lost 5 pounds...it's bc I've decided I can't just rely on this band alone..so I've been walking 2-4 miles a days 6 days a week, and some days I include zumba am my total gym machine..not to mention am really counting calories and increased my Water intake..so in one week I've lost 5 pounds..so that's my motivation... 1 2muchfun reacted to this
CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted March 14, 2013 The band was never designed to work alone. You have to work with eat. New lifestyle, new eating habits, and new exercise habits. The band is just a tool. Congratulations on getting more exercise. 1 msbam reacted to this

Rojasanoll 920 Posted March 15, 2013 It's truly all about You and the choices you make in selecting the proper foods. Congratulations on the weight loss and picking up the exercise. Try and count all your calories each day and pick an amount to stay at unless the doctor gave you a max amount. I'm at 1250-1260 calories each day and I also have a 14cc Allergan band with 6.5cc total saline solution. Best wishes
