audmac 1 Posted March 14, 2013 Idk what to do. I have been at a stand still for about a year. Have had two fills in that year. Banded since July 2009. Still want to lose 30 more an I can't seem to. I hardly eat!! Most of the time Breakfast doesn't down go too easy so I do tend to wait till late morning to eat. Am I not eating enough?? I am so desperate to start losing again. I have started working out an walking again. So can eating too little be the problem?? I never would have thought it would be. And I guess my Fluid intake isn't a lot either. Please please tell me what I can do. I do not think I need a fill or an unfill...some words of wisdom. What got you to losing again after a plateau!?!?!? audmac 1 Posted March 14, 2013 I am not sure. I'd say less than 1000
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted March 14, 2013 That is probably why you're not losing. Most people who don't track there calories are surprised how much, or how little, they're actually consuming. If I were you, I'd start tracking your calories so you know for sure where changes need to be made. B-52 7,113 Posted March 14, 2013 The last % of weight to loose is always the toughest.....for me, exercise was the key....getting into a new "Active" routine.... It is still about burning more calories than consumed, being sure you do not ignore your daily Protein requirements along with essential Vitamins and Water intake... When I was fat, I remember talking to my Dr. about exercising and asking him if he felt what I was doing was adequate....he stopped me, said we can round and round discussing what activities I was doing for how long time periods, etc,....then said all he wanted to know, when I work out, "Am I Sweating"??? If I am not building up a good sweat, then I am not doing anything adequate....I am ot really burning any meaningful FAT...sure burning calories is better than not burning any calories, but we are talking about that "Finishing" touches to this WLS program.... ANYTHING is Good....walking, etc, ....but after you have lost 80-90% of your excess weight, have gotten your health back, it's time to step it up with the exercise to finish off that body..... 1 laurigee reacted to this
I love lucy lover 61 Posted March 14, 2013 I agree with MIs76 I too was stuck at the same weight for about a year and was not counting calories. When I started again I was so surprised to see how many I was consuming in a day. Now that I am sticking to 1200 or under Im back on the losing track again. good luck 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
Rojasanoll 920 Posted March 14, 2013 You must count your calories if you don't step up the exercise. Try and increase your Protein count more each day, this will replace some of the carbs/calories you are eating. Use the stairways at malls. Park your car a bit farther when shopping. Go outside in the yard and do outside yardwork whenever possible. Do this for yourself! 2 I love lucy lover and DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this

I swim for a lot of my exercise so I don't sweat. For me I know I am really working hard when I am breathing really hard. Some people like myself don't sweat. 1 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this

Sweating is completely irrelevant.
