Yay for me today

Today I went to the Dr for my 6 week appointment. He said I don't need a fill because I have done so well without any so far. He was so happy with my success and determination so far that he hugged me and kissed my cheek. I felt so good about myself today and can't wait for the continued weight loss. People are starting to notice and I love it

Also...when I sat in the Dr's office and crossed my legs...yes....crossed my legs it didn't take a bunch of effort just to flop the leg over...I actually felt comfortable crossing my legs. :wub:

i think this is the first post i read on this forum today and i smiled

as that is a great feeling isnt it. def makes me want to do good also.
