I am really disgusted with myself. I have been on Spring break from work for 10 days, 2 more to go.....and I have done nothing but eat the wrong foods. I ate a 16 ounce bag of almond M&M's in 2 days.....and then went out and bought more candy cuz it was on sale after Easter.

I haven't been true to my band since I got it. I feel like a failure once again.

Did anyone ever need counseling after banding? I am seriously thinking of it....I need help soon, or I am afraid I am gonna mess up my band.

I can't get motivated.....any suggestions? :(

and get all that crap out of your house!! It does not need to be there, and the further away you are from it, the easier it is to not be tempted.

A bad week does not a failure make. :( Get back on the horse, and find ways to give yourself little reminders about what you have done (the surgery) to make yourself healthy.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
