kazjim98 618 Posted March 12, 2013 I've lost ten 5 lb bags of flour since December 17th...51 lbs!...I can't imagine carrying all that flour around all day now, but I did carry that weight and it was fat! I have a horrible relationship with the camera but I do plan on getting some pic's up.... So yeah...thanks for letting me brag, I'll brag again when I lose the next 50!! 5 ☠carolinagirl☠, 2muchfun, Sunnyd623 and 2 others reacted to this
Sharpie 3,306 Posted March 12, 2013 good job. yes I always equate 50 lbs to a sack of feed... we have horses so it is natural to relate to that.. you are on your way to a healthier life... keep up the good work.... 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and kazjim98 reacted to this

2muchfun 8,927 Posted March 12, 2013 I use cat litter or dog food bags as an analogy. Just think about carrying those 50 lbs up and down stairs, around a walking path or just going to the store? 1 kazjim98 reacted to this
CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted March 12, 2013 The bags of flour or feed sacks are a great example. Large bags of dog food work too! Banjo... 32 pounds in 3 months is awesome. It is not JUST 32.... it is WOW 32!!!! 1 kazjim98 reacted to this
