Hope2013 7 Posted March 12, 2013 Hello all, I was banded 1/22 and I'm down 28lbs my one but NOTHING in the last 2 weeks. I track everything and eat 1000calories. I do not have a fill yet since my foods hold me 4-5 hours. Im also getting on the scale a lot I know I know mistake lol I'm going to start Zumba tomm so hopefully that will move things along Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Even if the scale doesn't show it, you know that your living a healthier lifestyle! Your learning new healthy habits that will not only help you lose weight but to one day maintain it!
