work out videos

I'm a very busy person working 40 hrs a week, part time school, with a family of six. I also go to the gym about 5 days a week but don't always have time to get strength training in. Does any one know of good modern strength training short videos. I wake up at 3:30 am to get ready for work to b at work at 5:15. I feel bad taking so much time away from my family so I'm looking for suggestions on videos so I can wake up at 3 to do some strength training 2-3 Times a week. I have something called on demand at home that has free videos but not sure what to pick...there's so many choices. Thanks

I haven't tried any free ones but I love p90x.

I have Jillian's ripped in 30. The workout is 20 minutes, 25 with warm up and cool down. Its a great workout for both cardio and strength. I bought it on Amazon for 6.00 too. ;-) And can I just say how amazing you are for getting up so early to workout. That in itself is incredible!!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
