DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted March 10, 2013 If it's allowed on whatever post op diet phase you're on, sure. Just be sure to include both the crackers and the cheese in your daily calorie allowance. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
JerseyShoreDisneyDiva 113 Posted March 10, 2013 Banded (2/18/13) ..Looking for a snack...3 weeks post op.. first fill due 3/18/13..let me know whatcha think and what's good...thanks I used to have a Laughing Cow cheese wedge for a snack, too. I ate it with a cocktail fork to make it last longer. Also, Vita Tops or Vita Muffins. I still have a Vita Top every night and I am 3 1/2 months post surgery. Also, I honestly can't remember if I was eating crackers at 3 weeks (I want to say I waited a month?) however, one of my friends on here who was banded the same day as me was eating Ritz crackers 7-10 days post op WITH her doctor's permission and she had no issues. Veronica68 81 Posted March 10, 2013 I eat wheat thins or trisquits. They are both 100% whole grain and baked. I don't think that's true for ritz. Love laughing cow cheese- 35 cals a wedge, can't beat it!

Destined*Lady*D 90 Posted March 10, 2013 I use the laughing cow cheese, either on Trader Joe's Pita Crackers or Whole Foods Air baked crackers with sea salt. Both give yo a better serving for the calories and better sodium and nutrition. Its nice to have the crunch, I just make sure I chew REALLY well. Cheers to your Snacks 1 koolkel reacted to this
