Happy daylight savings everyone! I've been looking forward since the new year. My activity levels and e we use go way up when it is light out when I get home from work. I'm already exercising at night now, looking to kick it up a notch this summer.

Same here, warmer weather and more sunlight motivates me more. I need to strength train and started yesterday and I'm paying for it today :)

I agree, I love this time of year and I feel better when I go for a walk or a bike ride after dinner. I hope everyone is having a great day.

Yes!!! Love, love, love to play outdoor sports with my kids while burning calories...volleyball, tennis, bike riding, swimming, here we come!
